in 1989,ShenHua Automobile Parts Co.,Ltd is a special foundry
company attached to Jiangsu Sida Power Machine Corporation
Group, and also the medium and small castings production base
of Wuxi Diesel Engine Branch, Jiefang Automobile Co.,Ltd.
FAW Group.
The company is occupying an area of 66,000 m2,has 380 employees
including 30 engineers and technicians specialized in various
field. Most engineers have experience in applying Meehanite
cast iron production tehnology from International Meehanite
Co.,Ltd.UK. The company has permanent assets of 40 million
yuan RMB, annual castings production capacity of 20,000t.
Its sales income was 110 million yuan RMB in 2004.
The main casting material types the company produced at
present include gray iron, nodular iron, ADI, vermicular iron,and
heat-resistant iron etc. Main products are: cylinder block,
cylinder head, flywheel, flywheel housing, bearing cap, pulley,
gear wheel, camshaft, air inlet and exhaust pipe,supporter,
pump housing ,etc.The development of new products and innovation
of the process methods are the source keeping our enterprise
to develop continuously. Since the establishment on the company,
we always pay attentions on the technology in vestment and
development of new products,and insist on conducting total
quality control(TQC). Our company has advanced production
equipment and perfect inspection-test instruments, has set
up a complete quality guarantee system and obtained certificate
of ISO9001:2000 quality system in March,2001.

In 2005, our Company will invest 45 million yuan to conduct
the second stage of technological reformation that will be
finished by the end of October of 2005, and will make our
production capacity to be increased to 50,000t.
